Return Policy

Our 7-Day Return Policy ensures that you have enough time to decide if your purchase is just right. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return within 7 days from the delivery date. A full refund will be issued, after deducting Rs. 2,000 per product to cover delivery and processing fees & 2.2% payment gateway charges


Exceptions to the 7-Day Return Policy

This policy does not apply to:

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized items.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return under this policy:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, in a sellable condition, without scratches, damage, wear, or signs of use or alteration.
  • All original tags and stickers must remain intact.
  • If the product tag or packaging is tampered with, the return will instead fall under the Buy-Back Policy.


Refund Process

All returned products will undergo a quality check before the refund is processed. Once approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will go back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI).
  • The refund will be processed within 14 business days after the quality check is completed.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@dintarajewels.in or submit a return request on your Dintara Jewels’ Account Portal within 7 days of delivery to request a return pickup.
  2. You will receive pickup instructions and details via SMS/email.
  3. Repack the product in its original packaging, including the invoice, product and/or diamond certificate, and hand it over to the logistics partner.
    • Lost certificates will incur an additional fee of ₹2,000 or ₹1,000 per carat—whichever is higher.
  4. Be sure to collect proof of pickup—either a receipt, a photo of the tracking number, or an SMS confirmation.
  5. After receiving the product, we will perform a thorough quality inspection.
    • Products that show signs of wear, have been resized or altered by any jeweler other than Dintara Jewels will not be eligible for a return under this policy.


In-Store Returns

You can also return products directly at any Dintara Jewels’ physical store. For those unable to visit, we will arrange a reverse pickup at your convenience.
