Exchange & Buy-Back Policy

At Dintara Jewels, we offer a lifetime exchange and buy-back policy on all purchases.* You may return your product, along with the original certificate, for either exchange or buy-back based on the prevailing market value. Applicable deductions will be made for making charges, taxes, and a Rs. 3,000 processing fee. If any discounts or complimentary gifts were received at the time of purchase, their respective values will also be deducted.

Lifetime Exchange

If you’d like to exchange your product, its assessed value will be issued to you in the form of a credit note. You can then use this credit note to purchase any other item. Please note, the credit note is not redeemable for cash. Products altered by parties other than Dintara Jewels will not qualify for exchange or buy-back. Following our quality assessment, we reserve the right to revise the product’s value, and we will provide a valid explanation for any such adjustment.

Lifetime Buy-Back

If you opt for a buy-back, the eligible amount will be transferred to your bank account within 15 business days from the date we receive the returned product.

Important Notes

Buy-back and exchange is only available for Round, Pear, Heart, Marquise, Oval, Princess, Cushion, Asscher, Trillion/Triangle and Emerald Diamonds (Excluding rose cut diamonds).
You must provide the original invoice and certificate for any buy-back or exchange request.
If the certificate is lost, a replacement fee of ₹2,000 or ₹1,000 per carat (whichever is higher) will be charged.
Products purchased outside official Dintara Jewels’ stores or website are not eligible for buy-back or exchange.
If you received any discount on the metal, diamonds, stones, or making charges at the time of purchase, that amount will be deducted from the current market value before calculating your return value.
Any rewards, e-Points, or benefits used during the original purchase will also be deducted from the buy-back or exchange value.
Buy-back is available only on purchases up to ₹4,99,999/-.

Shipping & Insurance

Shipping and insurance costs for delivery to your address are covered by Dintara Jewels.
Reverse pickup (for returns, exchanges, or buy-backs) will be scheduled by Dintara Jewels and is included in the processing fee.

Dintara Jewels may update these policies at any time. We recommend checking this section regularly. Any significant changes will be immediately effective once published on our website and will be clearly noted here.
